Working as Corporate Counsel at GAN Integrity will provide an excellent opportunity for meaningful development supporting our core teams in a high-growth environment. This legal position will be in charge of negotiating and managing contracts and RFP processes and act as primary resource for senior sales management. Due to the high level of ownership, experience in SaaS contracts is strongly preferred. The role will also support compliance, regulatory, and governance matters, including but not limited to data privacy issues.

The ideal candidate for this position works well with others but thrives when given autonomous ownership of projects and tasks. They are business-minded and passionate about supporting the revenue-generating segments of the business. Our ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of integrity and hard work and a solid sense of judgement.

What you’ll do

  • Drafting and negotiating complex SaaS sales and procurement contracts

  • Supporting the preparation of business development proposals, including RFPs

  • Advising business teams on legal issues relating to product offerings and third party relationships

  • Researching and reporting to senior leadership regarding matters such as data privacy and information security

  • Performing other corporate, transactional, and governance tasks and other projects as assigned


What we’re looking for

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited institution

  • Active New York Bar license

  • 3-5 years' experience in private law practice

  • Experience negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, specifically from a SaaS perspective

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong ethical mindset and a solid sense of judgement

  • Positive, likeable and fun
